Fermaid E  provides the yeast cells with the nutrient growth requirements to complete the alcoholic fermentation as efficiently as possible, especially when nitrogen is below optimum levels.

Fermaid E is mix of specially prepared inactive yeast, assimilable nitrogen, thiamin, silica gel.

• Inactive yeast – are a natural source of amino acids, proteins, polysaccharides, mineral salts, vitamins, long-chain fatty acids and sterols.
• Inactive yeast cell walls – are useful for detoxifying the fermentation must absorbing toxins (namely fatty acids C8, C10, C12).
• Ideal quantities of nitrogen and thiamin for yeast.
• Silica gel – supports the yeast in the must.
