GEL PLUS is a mix of gelatine and bentonite with high protein reducing properties to clarify wines quickly and pack down the lees, stabilise wines vis-à-vis colloidal precipitation and soften astringent, tannic red wines.
Dose: White 10 -15 g/hl, Red 15 – 30 g/hl
