Activated vegetable carbon in pouder form, suitable for the deodorisation of musts and wines, is particularly active against certain flavours: mouldy and vegetable (IPMP, …). It is an inert active charcoal with high adsorbant capabilities with respect to certain wine defects. It exhibits a relatively low decolouring capability.
