GO FERM PROTECT is a yeast protector that acts on yeast during the rehydration phase, improves yeast survival, particularly in difficult fermentation conditions.

GO FERM PROTECT provides the yeast with with optimal level of:

• Microprotectors -Specific sterols and Polyunsaturated fatty acids- Strengthens the yeast membrane making it stronger and more resistant to the stresses of fermentation.
• Micronutrients – Vitamins and Minerals – Maximizes yeast viability during fermentation.

Dosage: 30 g/hL (durring rehydratation of the yeast)
