Potassium sorbate produces sorbic acid (E202) when added to wine. Product preserve wine (With SO2) from undesirable activity of yeasts ( Fermentation, yeas growth). Sutable for sweet wines with resudual (or added) sugars.
Dose: 20 – 25 g/hl (Maximum legal dose: 27 g/hl Potassium Sorbate = 20 g/hl Sorbic Acid)
