Saccharomyces Cerevisiae Killer (K2) extracts Ester type aromas in white or rose wines, it does not have
the ability to form SO2. In addition, it reduces the formation of acetaldehyde, a molecule that combines sulphites.


IOC BE Fruit is an exceptional strain to producf healthy and fresh wines,
while allowing to keep the levels of sulfites to prevent aromas from oxydation.

Dose: 20 – 30 g/hl
