SOLUBLE CASEIN allows the wines to receive preventive treatment against oxidasic casse and other sensory changes caused by poor wine storage:

• Eliminates oxidases contained in the must or wine

• Slight colour removing properties. Removes the yellow colour from oxidised wines.

• Partially eliminates the iron contained in wine.

• To improve sensorial qualities

Dose:

For treating white and rosé musts: 20 to 80 g/hl

For treating white and rosé wines: 10 to 60 g/hl

Packaging: 1 kg, 5 kg
