Saccharomices Cerevisiae Killer(K2) strain offers a very good percentage conversion of precursors into varietal thiols and expresses superior aromatic potential to that given by most yeasts, on citrus and passion fruit notes, with limited plant notes.

This strain is specific to white and rosé wines based on the expression of varietal thiols, aromatic compounds responsible for the 
notes characteristic of numerous grape varieties.
