ImpackThiols is a kit containing a yeast and a nutrient designed to encourage the expression of varietal aromas typical of fruity thiols (3MH and 3MHA). it release of 3-mercaptohexanol, the thiol responsible for citrus notes and, more generally, the thiol involved in the fruity sensorial properties of many grape varieties.

Specific nutrient, PROTHIOLS, combines the beneficial properties of 100% organic nitrogen, for releasing the thiols, with the aroma-protecting properties of natural glutathione.
